Justus_Marete_2Justus Mwiti Marete - BethanyKids Director for Africa
Justus Mwiti Marete joined BethanyKids at the beginning of 2011 as Director for Africa in which he takes non-clinical responsibility for all BethanyKids activity in Africa. Before working for BethanyKids, Justus served as Executive Director of AIC Kijabe Hospital for eight years. Prior to his work at Kijabe Hospital he served at Kenyatta National Hospital, leaving at the end of 2002 in the position of Deputy Director of Administrative Services. He also served in the Ministry of Health as a hospital administrator in a number of hospitals in Kenya and as a management trainer of health management teams.

Justus is a member of Haggai Institute of Advanced Leadership Training and serves on the Executive Committee of its Kenya Chapter.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nairobi (Economics & Sociology) in 1987 and a Master of Public Health from Boston University, in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1992.

David began working for BethanyKids in 2005 as the Executive Administrative Assistant for BethanyKids at Kijabe Hospital. In March 2009 he was appointed BethanyKids Africa Administrator. David completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a double major in Business Administration & Management and Accounting at Daystar University in 2004. oscarOscar Ogwang - BethanyKids at Kijabe Hospital Administrator
Oscar Kenneth Ogwang Odhiambo has been the BethanyKids at Kijabe Hospital Administrator since June 2004.  Before working for BKKH he was the Co-founder and Director of the Philemon Trust Prison Ministry from 2002-2004, an intern in the Worship and Missions Department  at Nairobi Chapel, a Marketing Research Assistant for East Africa Industries (now Unilever Kenya) and an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for Costek Quantity Surveyors.  Oscar is a Qualified Building Economist (Quantity Surveyor).  Oscar is an Inaugural Board member of the Philemon Trust, a prison aftercare ministry, and an alternate representative of BethanyKids for the inaugural board of Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Association of Kenya (SHAK), and AIC Kijabe Hospital.  Oscar received his BA in Building Economics and Management from the  University of Nairobi and is finalizing his MBA in Strategic Planning from Kenyatta University.  Oscar is married  to Josephine Anne Owingah Odhiambo, better known as Joline.  You can contact Oscar at 254-20-3246-599 or 254-0721-535-078 (mobile) or at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Willis_Obunga_2Willis Obunga - BethanyKids Africa Communications Coordinator
Willis began working for BethanyKids in November 2004 as BethanyKids Africa Communications Coordinator. He has developed BethanyKids Media Department and has produced many teaching and promotional videos. Before working for BethanyKids Willis served as a Christian Education Department Coordinator in a District Church council comprised of four local churches in Kericho. He later joined the Bible League, Rongo Center, as an Assistant Coordinator. From April 2000 to October 2004, he served as a media assistant at Bethany Crippled Children's Center (now CURE International Children's Hospital) in the Medical Director's office in Kijabe. Willis serves on a number of boards contributing his expertise. Willis earned his Bachelor of Arts from Kenya Methodist University and Master of Arts in Communication (Media Studies) from Daystar University.
